Day 2681 | More Procrastination

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm having a really hard time right now to find some good motivation and what should have been the day where I re-join hot yoga classes while also starting to do some daily reps while eating healthy, ended up in a day where in the evening I ended up getting some junk food spending it on my coach behind the tv.

So I pretty much remain stuck in procrastination mode keeping everything as it is having a really hard time with any kind of change in my life and I'm not even sure right now how to get myself inside a positive momentum again.

New Day Goals: I won't make Tuesday into a family day and instead push that to Friday or Sunday morning and aim to have some good productivity on Tuesday being locked in my work room for 4 hours while my cleaning help does her work.
