Day 2677 | Lazy Couch Tv Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another day where I just spend way too much time in my coach watching tv with severe lack of motivation to really get much going. The good thing is that on Friday, a friend will come over which will give me some good motivation to clean and get myself back in place during the day hopefully to really get things going again soon as I don't want to keep this endless procrastination going and get back into health mode soon.
