Day 2675 | Tuesday Long Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I didn't have much pc or screen time on Tuesday which remains my weekly family day and it's also turning into a weekly long 3 hour+ walk with our dog which always is highly enjoyable. It's also a luxary that I'm able to do this without being busy with work or such. Our current regular route is quite long but it's just perfect in many ways with 90% being inhardened roads alongside rivers with plenty of variaty and potential resting spots that come at perfect times. I'm already looking forward to doing it next time and it's also some good activity as it got me in over 23k steps on the day.
