Day 2674 | Healthy Eating Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was not the most active day, but I did eat fully healthy which at least is a good start. I didn't eat until later in the afternoon and spend some time making chick peas with tomato sauce. I also had my usual monday bookkeeping which showed the best results so far on passive weekly earnings which are getting to a point where I'm super comfortable. I continue to keep my expenses at a minimum though and am mainly using them to ramp things up even faster. I did again watch a ton of tv in the evening and will try to make the switch to being more active and social the coming days and weeks.
