Day 2673 | International Break 10-Days

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday wasn't my best day as betting on the football matches felt like flipping coins where more often things landed on the wrong side making me question once again if effort and time is worth it anymore even though I still enjoy the challenge of beating the market while it gives me things to do and a nice routine in the weekend. I didn't fully eat clean especially in the evening getting a pita and some potato chips as the 'last time I allow myself this' the woming 10-11 days, there will be an international break so I should have plenty of time to switch back into health mode which I'm planning to do.

I'm also watching a ton of shows right now that are on Belgian Televison and many of them are on Sunday (De Verraders, Expeditie Patagonie, Down The Road, ...) which had me catching up with them until late in the night screwing up my sleep a bit more which is one of the working points going forward in the coming days.
