Day 2670 | Procrastination Mode

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I continue to fall in the same procrastination trap where set a goal, reach it and before moving onto the next one have a time where I allow to let myself go more or less pushing back the date to start my next goal while being unable to do multiple at the same time. Last goal was set on Sunday when I got sick in that I wanted to be fully at 100% again. That more or less happened by Tuesday and ever since I have been procrastinating to fully get back to my health mode. There is one more football weekend ahead before a 10+ day international break and I'm now using that date to get back to it.

On Thursday I did not do all too much<as I stayed in bed way too late. I did wake up early initially without being able to get back to sleep which made me fear a Sunday scenario and more so a situation where something severe is wrong instead of just the 1-time food poisoning situation. This gladly didn't happen and I managed to eventually get to sleep again. I didn't do all too much during the day and ate rather unhealthy.
