Day 2666 | Food Poisoning Morning

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. Sunday was quite the day as I woke up around 06:00 already being unable to sleep, when going to the toilet I had a severe case of diarrhea where if felt like I was peeing instead. This went in burst and I had to go 5-6 times to get it all out. This was only the start though. I took a hot bath to relax a bit and once I was out while getting dressed I felt like I needed to throw up, so I headed to my toilet again sitting on my knees when I started to feel that I was going to faint. So instead of trying to throw up, I instantly layed myself down on the ground to avoind banging my head in case I was going to faint. This was followed by a complete blackout getting back to my senses while shaking as I while gagging seeing the whole floor of my toilet covered in very liquid vomit also just feeling really bad. So I got up just letting the mess on the ground and went to lay down for a while to stabalize from what had happened. Afterward I again felt like I had to vomit so I headed to my toilet which was already covered in vomit and what followed felt like that scene from Team America World Police where everything what was left in my stomach just shot out in a straight line twice. I cleaned myself off and took another bath before just heading to my coach to rest as I was unable to do much. eventually I started to feel a bit better and was able to go clean up the mess I made in my Toilet.

I pretty much spend the entire day in front of my tv first watching the football matches and afterward taking another bath and watching some tv shows. All this while only drinking some water and avoiding any food. I did start to feel better as the day progressed and to my surprise I had the best nigh sleep in months feeling almost back to normal the day after.

I assume (hope) it was some kind of food poisoning and I will take things easy the next couple of days. The positive thing is that this got me back below 70kg reaching my goal of the week.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 71.0 / 70.6 / 70.8 / 70.9 / 70.8 / 70.9 / 71.0 / 71.4 / 71.2 / 70.56 / 69.6kg (707.6 / 7 = 70.76kg)

It was probably food poisoning since you didn't have a fever. I hope you're okay. I know that feeling when you have food poisoning, and I never want to go through it again 😂. Thanks for posting it now, after I already had lunch, because this was a very visual post 😂

Thanks! I already feel like I fully recovered, maybe I should have put up a warning :)

I also don't want to go through this again and it acts as a good reason to eat more healthy.
