Day 2665 | Daily November Reps

I'm late on my report today as I was really sick thos morning (will write about that tomorrow-. Otherwise, Saturday was not the usual hot start of the month as I did skip on a hot yoga class and also still allowed myself to not fully eat healthy (which backfired). I did however start doing some reps again with the goal to do them daily the entire month at least on days when I don't feel sick.
