Day 2643 | Friday Mullerthal Trail #1

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Fiday was the first day of the Mullerthal Hiking trip that I'm doing with 2 friends over the weekend and it was a good one so far. I got up fairly early, drove to my friends hourse were we ment and we were off for a 4-hour drive toward Luxemburg. Once there we started the first walk which was around 15 km with plenty of ups and down meters and beautiful views. The highlights for sure were the narrow cracks we needed to pass through a couple times and the waterfall we passed.

Once done we got back to our car and drove to the restaurant where we ate a pizza. I didn't drink so I drove to our Air Bnb which was about 30 minutes away. It was a car that was strange to me while it was quite dark in an environlment I had never driven and a gps that wasn't always as clear so it kind of felt like this was the first time ever that I drove.

We arrived and everything was fine though spending a nice evening and taking a shower before going to bed. So overall a really nice hike today and some fun time along with friends.

The coming days though should be fun and also quite active with plenty of steps so I am looking forward to it.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 72.6 / 72.0 / 71.1 / 71.1 / 71.0 / 71.0 / 70.9 / 70.0 / 70.3 / 70.8kg (710.8 / 7 = 71.08kg)

New Day Goals: On Saturday we will be doing a 20km hike with much more hight meters which I expect will take around 6 hours. I'm looking forward to the new locations which should be nice again if yesterday is anything to go by.
