Day 2642 | Preparing For Hiking Trip

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday once again wasn't the most active day as I prepared for my upcoming weekend hiking trup to luxemburg. I always kind of sleep bad the day before leaving where it takes a long time before I actually sleep as my mind is going through all the possible scenarios. So Thursday was kind of a wasted day where I had no real workout activity as I skipped on the hot yoga class and took it eacy on the bench presses. I also went out to get a pizza in the evening and mostly watched some tv. I did have some productivity and also cleaned my appartment while having all my bags ready.

The coming days though should be fun and also quite active with plenty of steps so I am looking forward to it.
