Day 2641 | Haircut, Tennis, & Off-Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The first part of the day was really good as I started out breaking my fast with a smoothie followed by getting a haircut which is always fun as I really get along well with my hairdresser. I was done in time to have our usual hour of tennis from 12:00 to 13:00 where I had quite a good workout. However, that followed by pretty much an off day where I had limited motivation to do anything really. I also ended up getting some Fries in the evening as comfort food so if feels that my fasting day got neutralized even though I didn't really gain much weight back.

My main frustration right now is my skin as my psoriasis isn't really getting that much better dispite some effort and applying some cream in the last month. I just need to fully go out of my way joining many hot yoga classes, eating super clean, drinking tons of water, taking my supplements for a long time to get it all fixed which is hard. It also allows me this super philosophy that I first want to get that fixed before really achieving any other goals but once there I always tend to fall in the same trap of kind of willinly eat poorly again so I can remain in my comfort bubble never having to do anything. At least I'm aware of all this which is the first step and I keep trying.

New Day Goals: I'm not quite sure yet about Thursday but I will try to make the best of it. Tomorrow I will leave on an hiking weekend with 2 friends to do the Mullerthal Trail which I look forward to so I will be getting ready for that.
