Day 2640 | Fasting Day, Long Dog Walk, & Cinema

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a fun and very active day with not much time behind my computer. I started out doing some push ups which now feel very easy compared to the 46.7kg Incline Bench Presses which have become the norm. I headed home to my parents afterwards stopping by the store to get some new Tennis Shoes and once home, I first helped my dad to go get some food for his chickens. Spet some time with my mom and afterward went on my new regular route with our dog wich takes about 3 hours to complete but is plenty of fun and just a really nice route. Once back home, I spent some time with my sister and my younghest niece before heading out to pick up a friend as we were going to watch the new Dicaprio movie in the Cinema (One Battle After Another). While I kind of injoyed watching it, it was also a bit too strange for me and it won't leave a lasting impression. Once back home I quickly went to bed also completing a 2 night and 1 Day Fasting period whicht turned out to be easy peasy since I had so many things to do.

So it was a textbook good day reaching my health goals, having plenty of social contact, a solid workout doing a ton of steps and also some good entertainment.
