Day 2638 | Rotisserie Chicken Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm not sure where exactly it came from but for some days I have really wanted to eat a rotisserie chicken. So I looked up on chatgpt where I could find a mobile stand near where I live and it happend to be that there was one on Sunday at a 20-Minute walking distance. So I went out to get one before noon and the first football match and I highly enjoyed eating it. I might get tempted to make this into a weekly Sunday thing but I will also try to avoid it.

Aside from this, is it was a regular Sunday where I watched and followed the football matches making a bit of profit on them. I also did my daily bench presses increasing the weight a bit more and I'm almost maxed out on the weight I have available. I'm also not really feeling it the day after mainly because I limit things to 10 reps at the same time where I start struggling on the last one. Each time though I leave quite some time inbetween before I do the next set.
