Day 2636 | Hot Yoga, Bench Press & Family Time

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday turned out very much as I planned getting up early enough for some initial productivity by having a deeper look into the evening football match. I joined a 60-Minute lunchbreak hot yoga class and afterward passed by my hairdresser to make an appointment. I cleaned my appartment and went home to spend some time with my mom. The intention was to go on a 3-Hour dog walk but the weather wasn't good enough so we ended up going to the shopping center to get a couple of pants. Once back, I ended up spending some time with you youngest niece, I drove back home and watched the football match which played out as I anticipated at least in the result. I ended the day watching a podcast of 2 people that I play tennis with and went to have a solid night sleep afterward. During the day I also did my 100 Incline Bench presses and once again upped the weight by 2.5 kg which now puts me over 40kg.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 71.6 / 71.8 / 72.0 / 72.3 / 72.6 / 72.0 / 72.6 / 72.0 / 71.1 / 71.1kg (719.1 / 7 = 71.91kg)
