Day 2635 | Hot Yoga & Increased Bench Press

The month of October started pretty good and I now also re-joined a hot yoga class after skipping it for the past 12 days. The plan is to also join on Friday / Saturday / Monday and make it into a regular thing again. I also continue doing 100 Daily inclune bench presses and upped the weight a bit more to 39.2 kg always doing reps of 12 and still spreading them troughout the day. It still keeps my arms and shoulders from hurting the next day and this is what allows me to keep it up.
For the first time now also I'm seeing my weight go down again even though I'm still pretty high at 71.1kg. I still have to succeed in doing a Longer water fast of at least 2 Nights and 1 day and might take another shot at that on Sunday.

New Day Goals: The goal on Friday is to wake up a bit earlier, get in some productivity, join a hot yoga class, go home for some family time and a dog walk, watch the evening football match. All while also doing my daily 100 Bench Presses and keeping my eating clean.
