Day 2634 | Strong Tennis & Heathly Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

With the weather getting a tiny bit colder, I'm now more tempted to stay in bed longer which is what I did on Wedensday & now also on Thursday despite setting my alarm clock early with good intentions. I pretty much straight went to play an hour of tennis and I must say that I really felt strong in my arms and my forehand strikes as it the daily bench presses that I have been keeping up with really make a difference. It also motivates me to keep going and possibly increase the weight a bit more along the way.

I didn't do too much the rest of the day and spend some kitchen time making sure I ate healthy. There was one football match in the evening where I didn't have a single bet on and I went to bed quite early after also having done the Push-Squat-Pull combination of reps during the day.
