Day 2633 | October 2025

It has been since June that I had a really good month with my full focus on health and pretty much gained all the weightloss back in the 3 months after. The aim for October is to make it into another month like June where I went full out and I picked up some strong motivation yesterday by watching the movie Good Will Hunting which was in a way super relatable. I already have plans to go do the Mullerthal trail with some friends 10 Days from now and want to use the 9 days that are left to get as fit as possible.
Tuesday was pretty much another day where I procrastinated 1 more day with the excuse that 'tomorrow is the start of the new month'. I did however continue to do my 100 Daily Bench Presses upping the weight a bit again.
