Day 2628 | Tennis and Neighbours Dinner

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wedensday was a pretty mixed day because I had a fun hour of tennis and went to dinner to my downstairs neighbours which was some nice social time. At the same time though, knowing the food wasn't 100% going to be as healthy as I wanted I kind of used it as an excuse to let myself go eating unhealthy in the afternoon. I also didn't really do too well on the football match and also stayed up late watching a movie for the first time this month.

I do continue however to do my daily incline bench presses and upped the weight again a bit...
