Day 2626 | New Monday Routine!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I slightly altered my monday routine yesterday and feel like I will keep this new one. In the past, I used to join a hot yoga class at 18:15 leaving my appartment and getting back around 20:10 to spend the entire evening following on my cauch watching tv. Now, I took a walk from 11:30 to 14:00 getting in plenty of steps after having a bit of initial productivity. I passed by the supermarket for some food, ate when I got back home and had some nap time also watching some weekly crypto podcast on my laptop to keep up. Around 18:00 until 19:20 I did my weekly bookkeeping having some time pressure to get it done which made me do it quicker. After that I left for a Hot yoga class getting back well before 22:00 to spend some tv time and go to bed afterward finishing the day getting up to date with a weekly football podcast.

This got me at a total steps of 20k+ Steps on the day
