Day 2625 | Failed Fasting Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


One of the goals on Sunday was to make it into a fasting day but I failed miserably giving up on it around 15:00 taking a walk to the supermarket to go get some Rice Crackers. I also ended up making some soy sprouts in the evening and went to the night shop for some candy. Food remains my major weakness and I need to find a suited day to do some fasting or at least reduce my portions by a lof if I want to succeed in some weight loss as I'm still above 70kg. On the bright side, avoiding the most unhealthy foods while getting back to joining hot yoga classes has imrpoved my skin already. I also keep doing 100 Bench presses daily but need to also start doing the others. I also stayed up way too late watching some tv as there are a couple of shows on that I enjoy.

I'm invited to go eat with my downstairs neighbours on Wednesday and I do plan to make Soup on Tuesday.
