Day 2604 | September Plans!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


After a great Month of June where I really fully focued on my health and working out, I kind of drifted in July as the Wimbledon Tennis got me in a lazy routine again and this spiraled more out of control in August where the football season which started again took up a lot of my my time combined with the fact that my skin got worse because of the poor July and the weather which was both annoyingly warm and often also switching.

I feel that is all over now and September tends to be the month where everything gets back to normal. School starts again and people get out of vacation, the weather is better and I'm used to the ongoing football season. So I really aim back to build a solid foundation and in the next 11 days the football is on an international break so plenty of time to switch my focus.

So I'm highly looking forward to September and fixing my life and general short term dopamine addiction cylce again with the aim as always to keep it up a bit longer.

New Week / Month Goals

  • Eat Fully Healthy (No Exceptions)
  • Take Daily Supplements (D3 & Omega 3)
  • Drink Plenty of Water 2.4+ Liter Daily
  • 100k+ Steps Weekly
  • Do Daily Reps
  • Re-join Hot Yoga Classes (3x Week)
  • Weekly Tennis Hour

If I can do all those things life should get a lot more balanced and enjoyable compared to being stuck chasing the next quick dopamine hit.

Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.8 / 70.3 /70.8 / 71.3 / 71.0 / 70.8 / 71.5kg (496.7 / 7 = 70.95kg)


Daily Food Diary September

New Day Goals: For Monday the aim is pretty simple, I aim to have my usual money bookkeeping productivity. Stick with 1 meal eating a proteine smoothie late in the afternoon, drink 2.4 Liter of Water, take my supplements, go for a walk, do a first day of daily reps (Push, Pull, Squat, Crunch) and maybe also join a hot yoga class.
