Day 2589 | Poor Friday & Restart

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was not my best day as I totally let myself go on the binge eating with a bunch of bread, a bag of doritos, & Some Burger King late at night while getting some more steps in. As someone who has been betting profitably for a couple decades, the one mistake I see everyone else who tries make is that they start over on tracking their results time after time again after a bad streak which got them in the red as a way to stay lost in denial. However, this is the exact same thing that I have been doing for years with some of my health and weight loss goals and it's getting me nowhere.

So one of the things I might try to do is implement some long-term charts to visualise things and just not start over ever to hopefully get into a good streak that last longer than a month before I totally lose it again.

The aim now is to start again on Saturday with the usual goals of eating healthy, woring out more, taking my supplements, getting good sleep, ...

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 69.8 / 69.4 / 69.8 / 69.5kg / 69.8 / 70.0 / 69.8 / 70.5 kg (488.5 / 7 = 69.78kg)

I'm aiming to have a 30 day streak where each day my average 7-Day Weight goes down...
