Day 2586 | Yearly Car Maintenance

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a day where I needed to go for my yearly car maintenance. Or better to say my 13 Month Car maintenance as I kind of had the play when I first got my car to always wait at least an extra month to over 10+ years save some money which worked out as planned. It always takes up quite some time of the day as the garage is a bit further than where my parents live and I always wait for it to be done. I checked out some of the new cars in the Volvo Garage and it's just crazy to see how most of them sell for 100k+ nowadays.

So after some initial productivity early in the day I went to do that and spend some good family time afterward and I got to meet the new boyfriend of my oldest niece. The weather was again quite hot but I wore light clothes which helped. Because of the heat, I also didn't go for my usual dog walk. In the evening there was one Football match which turned out very frustrating as a ok win turned into a rather big loss right at the end of the 1st half.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.1 / 70.5 / 69.8 / 69.4 / 69.8 / 69.5kg / 69.8kg (488.9 / 7 = 69.84 kg)

I'm aiming to have a 30 day streak where each day my average 7-Day Weight goes down...
