Day 2584 | Football & Evening City Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was a pretty fun day with 4 football matches on the schedule which didn't went as good as I anticipated but I still had a good profitable overall weekend. I didn't 100% eat clean but maintain my streak of losing weight over an average of 7 days which I aim to keep up for 30 days. I actually wanted to go see the new Weapons movie in the cinema in the evening as it really triggers me. It's from the director of Barbarian which I loved, the plot sounds intrigueing, the poster art is great and most of all it gets a 8/10 on imdb which is rare these days. However, seeing how tickets go for 17.80€ it's just ridiculous and I will just wait trying to avoid spoilers to watch it for free likely in a couple of months from now. I also don't understand who still goes to the movies at these prices.

So instead I went for a city walk to complete my goal of 70k steps a day during last week.
