Day 2581 | Lazy Thursday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday wasn't my best day but on the bright side I feel like it was my last off-day and that I'm quite motivated to actually get things going again. I'm only really on track for my steps goal this week but the idea is to get back to hot yoga, finally do daily reps for more than a couple of days. So it's pretty much the same cycle playing all over again this time without fully giving back all the weight loss I achieved in June.

New Day Goals: I will see if I can join a lunchbreak hot yoga class, do some reps in the afternoon, get some steps in while keeping my eating healthly and limited. I also will start drinking more water again and take my supplements.
