Day 2577 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Last week wasn't my best as I was mostly in the '1 more Day' procrastination zone. However, I'm really looking to get back on track so I'll be setting some goals for the coming week which I all aim to complete.

  • Walk 10k steps a Day Average: Whenever things go south and need to turn things around, walking is something that works as I naturally enjoy it. So the goal is to do at least 70k steps in the coming week which isn't setting the bar too high.

  • Join At least 2 Hot Yoga Classes: I've been skipping on these for some time now but I want to get back at them and do a regular routine of Monday/Friday/Saturday.

  • Eat Clean: One of the main issues during off periods is that I tend to go really unhealthy on the food intake which affects my skin. It takes a while to repair it and starting with healthy food is the #1 cure. So the coming week I aim to eat healthy and limited.

  • Take Suppmements: This is one of those things that literally takes no effort yet in bad periods I skip on it. So daily I aim to take some D3 and Omega 3 supplements.

  • Drink More Water: Switching to soda and less water also is one of those things that influences my skin negatively. So This week I aim to only stick to water and drink at least 2+ Liter a day

  • Do Daily Reps: The one thing I have wanted to do for a long time is a longer period if regular muscle exercises but I don't enjoy it enough and look up against the pain the day after. So I'm going to try to use my discipine to at least do some daily and keep track of it.

  • Lose Weight: I went from 73kg ro 67.5kg in the month of june but have now taken this up to around 70kg again. The aim for this week is to get to around 68kg again if needed with a water fasting period. In the next 5 weeks I aim to get in a streak of losing weight each day based on the 7-day average number.


That are about the goals for this week which are mainly workout / Healthy Food / Lose Weight oriented.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.0 / 69.4 / 69.4 / 70.0 / 70.0 / 70.0 / 70.4kg (489.2 / 7 = 69.89 kg)
