Day 2563 | Start of New Season & Long Movie

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday marked the start of the new football season with the Supercup which was played. I still very much enjoy the process of analyzing the matches trying to make sense of what is most likely to happen and how to potentially profit from this one the betting market. This while always trying to get better at it. Despite a limited loss I continue to learn and had fun with it. In the evening I ended up watching a movie that I have been wanting to watch for a long time. However it's 3 Hours+ so I needed to be ready for it mentally which I was and it brought something I had never ever seen done before that i weirdly enjoyed.

Daily Food Diary July

I ate some rice waffles with Cottage Cheese and also some with peanut butter. While watching the movie I ate some dorritos.

New Day Goals: I aim to have some productivity on Monday and in the evening possibly joining a hot yoga class. I plan to stick to limited and healthy eating and likely will watch another movie in the evening.
