Day 2556 | Resuming The Weight Loss Journey !

I kind of fell in the same trap after a really good month of relatively clean eating and plenty of time to be active to go back to bad old habits in a period where I had less time and the urges were getting to me. However, I did somewhat manage to limit the damage and plan on fully resuming the weight loss journey toward 65kg or if possible 64kg again on Monday.
I mainly had some productivity and watched the Wimbledon Finals on Sunday while letting myself go one more time making Spaghetti in quite a large quantity. In the evening I did clean my appartment but went to bed quite late.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 69.5 / 69.3 / 69.3 / 68.9 / 68.6k / 68.7 / 69.5 kg (483.8 / 7 = 69.11 kg)

Daily Food Diary June
It was another day of poor eating but I'm done with it now and will aim to get back in a position where my average weight of the last 7 days goes down day after day.

New Day Goals: The main goal on Monday is to eat healthy and limited with maybe a evening hot yoga class in the evening and/or a walk and some reps which I should start doin daily from here on out.

Thanks! It has become a good daily habit to keep track of some things the first thing in the morning with a journal style and it generally has really helped to "not drift away" too far once bad habits pick up. It reamains a big challenge though to navigate through life avoiding all the temptations of food and disctraction while putting in the effort to stay as healthy as possible.

I've been on Keto Diet for quite a while now and I still eat carbs occasionally — they're tempting. But if I want to keep my weight, I need to stick with eat.
