Day 2552 | Watching Wimbledon & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a step in the right direction as I had a better grip on my eating urges and was very close to joining a hot yoga class in the evening. However, the Djokovic match was just a bit too long to make it. I did go for an evening walk afterward getting in 11k+ steps which also is worth something. Generally though, I'm still looking for the momentum that I had in the previous month and mainly try to limiyt the damage.

Daily Food Diary June

I made gree pea pasta with cherry tomatoes and tuna. I also got some pudding and ate doritos in the evening after my walk.

New Day Goals: I'm still fully trying to switch my mindset into health goals mode again and will try to join an evening hot yoga match if the Wimbledon tennis matches are done in time.
