Day 2549 | Wimbledon Watching Sunday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I skipped on the Sunday Morning Hot Yoga class and pretty much had an entire day of just watching Wimbledon and at the end finishing Squaid Game Season 3. I'm having a hard time right now to keep up the good streak as it was a lot easier when there was no sport whatsoever that I wanted to follow. Wimbledon in this extend is quite extreme as it takes up full days. JHowever, right now I'm able to somewhat keeping things in check and aim to get back in a solid routine again continuing my weight loss.
