Day 2548 | Yoga & Evening Family Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I started Saturday pretty good with another hot yoga class followed by watching some Wimbledon and having a bit of productivity. U also made fresh food with some rice noodles combined with soy sprouts. By the evening I wasn't really that interested in the matches that were left so I headed home to give my mom my old tv making it a small evening family visit. Once back in my Appartment I watched another episode of the new Squid Game season and went to bed

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 68.0 / 67.8 / 67.5 / 68.9 / 69.1 / 68.8 / 68.3 kg (478.4 / 7 = 68.34 kg)

Daily Food Diary June

I ate some more watermelon in the morning before the hot yoga class. I made some luncheon meat after I got back and some rice noodles with Soy Sprouts. In the evening I ate a little bit of chocolate

New Day Goals: I stayed in bed too late to join a morning hot yoga class and plan to follow a lot of tennis on Sunday while keeping my eating in check. Starting on Monday I will go full health & weithtloss mode again.
