Day 2545 | 1-Time-Off-Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday wasn't my best day as I was both annoyed just surviving the hot weather while having some dissapointment from the Speed Dating event the night before as none of the 5 women I got to meet were interesting to me. So I kind of allowed myself to have an off day eating whatever I wanted and felt like. I sold myself it as a test to see if my skin will be affected by just eating poorly 1 day in the coming week while fully going back to my healthy way and active lifestyle on Thursday?

aside from trying to keep myself cool, I mainly had time behind my pc or in my coach while watching the tennis.

So I started out by eating some Sausage and a sprite, I went to get a pizza Margeritha afterwards, this followed by a Box or Cornettos and late in the evening I went out to mcdonalds and stopped by the night shop to get an iced tea

New Day Goals: I'm looking to potentially buy a new tv so I will take a walk to the mediamarkt early on getting in some steps for the day. In the afternoon I plan to follow Wimbledon while getting in some productivity. I also plan to limit my eating and drink plenty of water and likely will skip on the hot yoga unless the weather cools down. I also plan to start a streak of doing daily bench presses.
