Day 2541 | Lunchbreak Yoga & 4 Hour+ Dog Walk!


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday turned out as a very active day first joining a 60 Minute lunchbreak hot yoga class followed by a drive to my parents place, a short nap as I did feel a bit tired before doing a 20km+ dog walk testing out a new route that I found on Wikiloc. The weather was perfect for it as it was dry with not too much sun and not to hot. We left around 17:15 and I did bring a backpack with some water for me an our dog along with some treats. The route itself was better than I expected with a lot unhardened roads in the woods and inbetween the fields but also some residential areas. At one point later things got a bit anoying with insects flying all around me but I tried not to bother too much. Finally around 21:40 we got back home getting in plenty of steps and activity on the day.

I took a shower and rested a bit before driving back to my appartent going to ged right away after getting in 35k+ steps on the day. The only downside is that I could not resist some bread and chocolate which prevented me from also actually losing some more weight.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 69.2 / 68.1 / 68.0 / 68.3 / 67.7 / 67.5 / 67.5kg / (476.3 / 7 = 68.04 kg)

Daily Food Diary June

I started out with some watermelon and a banana before the hot yoga class. I ate some beans in tomato sause afterward. The plan was to only eat a can of pinapple but instead I ate 4 big pieces of bread with molten cheese and some chocolate before the walk. In the late evening after getting back I did eat the can of Pineapple and also some more chocolate.
