Day 2531 | Outdoor Tennis & Hot Yoga Class

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wedensday was a pretty textbook day having a really fun outdoor sunny tennis hour with 4 followed by a drink (sticking to Water). I ate some beans in tomato sauce once I got back to my appartment. I followed that up by a nap on my couch and quickly it was time for a 18:15 hot yoga class which I kind of dragged myself to because of the heat wave. However, it turned out to be my best class so far. I didn't really do much afterward aside from watching the 1st episode of the 2nd Andor season and went to bed quite early.

Despite not going for a walk, I still managed to do over 7k steps

Daily Food Diary June

I started out by eating some Leftover veggies and 200g of cottage cheese in the morning, in the afternoon I ate some beans in tomato sauce, some Watermelon and could not resist getting a small bag of Candy.
