Day 2526 | 2km Swim & Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I still have my full focus on health with a combination of plenty of activity and healthy food choices while sleeping enough which clearly comes at the cost of overall productivity. Most my work is done though and the football season is on a summer break inbetween seasons so it's pretty fine.

I went swimming for a 3rd time this week doing exactly 2km this time around which doesn't really feel like that much anymore but I do enjoy it especially since the weather is getting hot. The plan afterwards was to have a nice walk in the domain there but after I was 10 minutes on my way it started pouring like crazy which made me totally went so I went back to my car and drove home. There I had a talk with my sister and let the dog out before heading back to my appartment to join another hot yoga class. I feared that I was going to be the only one because it was so hot outside but the class was still filled pretty well.

Afterward I didn't really do all that much and I got over 10k steps in on the day.

Daily Food Diary June

I once again started the day with a protiene shake smoothie, I also ate some figs, some Rice Waffles with cheese, some dark chocolate, some water melon, & in the evening after the yoga some peanuts and 2 pears.

New Day Goals: Saturday is set out to be a busy day as I will meet up with a group of friends I haven't seen for a while along with their kids somewhere in a childrens farm there. Around 18:00 I need to drive to my parents place as we will go to some show in Antwerp. So plenty of driving and social time and my aim is to make it into something of a fasting day since I don't really will do any sport.
