Day 2525 | 2.2km Swim & Sunny Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another good day as my full focus is pretty much on activity and health without spending any time behind my pc following the football & the crypto market or grinding Play2Earn Games. I started out going for a swim breaking my record doing 2.2km in 1 hour and 20 minutes (including a short bathroom break). I'm really getting the hang of it and feel like I can go forever swimming at the current pace without overly getting tired anymore.

Afterward, I headed to my parents place saying hi to my nieces who live next door and were studying for their exams. The weather was really hot and there are some new routes I want to try after having discovered wikiloc but I opted for a shorter route which was a good choice as my the end our dog was unable to really keep up which easily allowed me to take a picture.

The plan was to still join an evening yoga class but I took a bit too long fixing some crypto stuff for my mom which made me too late so I skipped. I did play a bit of golf in our gardan still. In total I got in another 13215 steps on the day while I kept my eating clean. My skin though isn't yet as good as I hoped it would be by now so I still have some work to do on that. I did manage to get my average weight of the last 7 days down to under 70kg and continue to make some progress there still with quite some kilo's to go.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 70.7 / 70.3 / 70.0 / 69.6 / 69.8 / 69.6 / 69.1kg (490.7 / 7 = 69.87 kg)

I ate a smoothie in the morning, some cole salad & Tempeh in the afternoon along with some rice Waffles with cottage cheese, some Watermelon and Apple and a bit of chocolate.

New Day Goals: The plan right now is to go for another swin om Friday, follow that up with a walk in the domain, head back to my appartment and joing a 19:00 hot yoga class. All while keeping my foor healthy.
