Day 2523 | 1,6km Swim, Dog Walk & Cinema

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was another active day where I first went for an hour long swim doing 1.6km followed by a long dog walk and also an evening walk to the cinema where I went to see Bring Her Back on my own. Aside from this, it was a pretty regular family day and I'm getting very little pc time in the past days and weeks which isn't bad. I did do over 20k steps again on the day

I do however feel like I'm at a crossroad right now where I need to take the right path as I'm starting to get tempted to drop the intensity and revery back a bit to unhealthier food in order to get that dopamine kick. So I'm ultra aware of that now but at the same time I don't feel all that confident I will manage to pull through.

I ate some figs, some chocolate, some rice waffles with cottage cheese & in the evening Potatoes with peas and also some candy very late at night.
