Day 2522 | Hike, Drive, & Evening Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was the 2nd day of the hiking trip which had a much smaller distance and way less steepness in it. So it was pretty much easy cruising even though we went off the path several times. We went to go eat somewhere in the early afternoon and were done around 16:00 after which I drove home discovering a new song that I'm just really into playing it over and over again. It's The Greatest from Lana Del Rey

I had plenty of time and energy when I got back to my appartment to still join a hot yoga class doing over 23K steps on the day.

I also managed to get my weight down below 70kg again and plan to keep going from here on out.

Daily Food Diary June

I ate some Rice Waffles with peanut butter in the morning and the evening also. Some watermelon, a banana, and some Selary Soup.
