Day 2521 | Hiking Sunday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm in France with some friends on a hiking weekend and Sunday was a fun day with a really adventurous walk where we followed a route that at times went really wild with the need to cross small rivers also going through some rough vegetation with a lot of steep elevation. It started out early with a route where it was nearly impossible to keep the shoes dry but it actually wasn't as bad as I imagined and the weather was nice. I did cut the walk a bit short along with someone else out of convenience and so that I could still watch part of the tennis match having some chill time in the afternoon. In the evening, we went out to dinner and had some fun in the airbnb we are renting before going to bed.

I'm not sleeping as good as in my own appartment but it still overall was ok. In total I did 28490 Steps on the day.

New Day Goals: There is a shorter 12km walk on the schedule on Monday with a stop in the middle to go eat something and I hope to be back home in time to possibly join a late hot yoga class and resume the good streak.
