Day 2519 | Lunchbreak Yoga, Watching Tennis & Sugar Rush

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was an ok day starting out with another hot yoga class followed by some kitchen time making Chick Peas with tomato and tuna in quite a big portion but it was delicious. I watched the tennis matches and inbetween went to the supermarket to get some supplies for the hiking weekend that I will go on. I did also buy some chocolate and some amaretto cookies. those last with an eye to take with me but as always my discipline when I have things like this available is zero so I had a little sugar rush. It did end my day with over 10k steps and another hot yoga class in the books.
