Day 2518 | 2.1km Swim, Dog Walk, & 90 Minute Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I made Thursday a day with full focus on activity starting out with a swim and I ended up going for a 2.1km swim which took a bit over an hour to complete but was enjoyable. I headed to my parents place wich is close and immediately went on a dog walk while the weather was still dry with an hour left before the first womens tennis match. I watched that before heading to my appartment and join an evening 90-minute hot yoga class which went well. After watching some tv I went to bed and had little to no pc time on the day. All this with an eye to lose some weight but frustratingly enough I actually gained some despite the fact that I didn't overeat and have a ton of activity which is super demotivating. However, my skin has improved a lot and my average weight is still coming down.

I will be tracking my 7-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 72 / 71.7 / 71.8 / 70.8 / 70.7 / 70.5 / 70.7 (498.2 / 7 = 71.17 kg)

Daily Food Diary June

I started out with a Smoothie proteine shake in the morning, a bit of chocolate when I got home after my swim, 4 Egg Rolls made in the oven with Sweet chili sauce, Some bread and Watermelon in the evening, and a couple spoons of Tahini.
