Day 2516 | 1.3km Swim & 20k Step Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a fun and active day starting out with me stopping by the Swimming pool on the way home to my parents to do a 1.3km swim of which 40-minutes I had a 50m Swim track all for myself which was great. Once I got home around 14:00, I initially talked a bit with my mom who was making dinner, watched some Tennis and went out to go for an extended walk with our dog as I had plenty of time. The weather was great and I'm still really loving our regular route. Once back, I spend some time with my nieces and also set up my racing chair as they asked for it having some fun with that after dinner. With some more family time afterward and another small walk with our dog in the garden It was close to midnight when I headed back to my own appartment.

It was a pretty expensive day as I went out to fill my car with gas and I also got a bunch of long-term food supplies

So overall a pretty good day with plenty of activity and I managed to keep my eating in check also.I possibly plan to do this all over again on Thursday also doing an evening hot yoga class if possible.

Daily Food Diary June

I ate a couple apples in the morning, some figs, some chocolate, and rice with curry sause with some veggies.

New Day Goals: The plan on Wednesday is to keep up the good streak with an hour of tennis, some productivity in the afternoon, a hot yoga class in the early evening and maybe an extra walk in the evening all while keeping my eating clean, drinking a lot of water and taking my supplements.
