Day 2509 | Back To The Swimming Pool !

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday started out pretty good as I woke up in time to first get in some productivity and be on my way to the swimming pool for the first time in 4 months. Because of the hot yoga classes and the healthier eating, my skin has improved a lot which makes me feel way more comfortable to go swimming again and I plan to go at least once each week again from now on. This should help me give some more activity. I'm not sure though how it will work during the school vacation.

It was set to rain in the afternoon so right after my swim when I got to my parents place I almost immediately went on a walk with our dog knowing I was likely going to get wet hoping it would not poor too hard. That turned out to ge a good move as the rain was not that hard yet making for an enjoyable walk.

I took a bit of a nap once I got to my parents while having the tennis on in the background. Had some time with my nieces and afterward ate a bit too much including some ice cake. After watching some tv with my mom I headed back to my appartment.

Daily Food Diary May

I ate a banana, some chocolate, some Rice Wafles with Philadelphia / Soup / Asparagus with tomato sauce and cous cous / A piece of Ice Cake / and some candy. So way too much eating on the day and I really need to watch out not to fall back in bad habits.

New Day Goals: I plan to go back swimming on Tuesday and also go for a dog walk getting in some activity that way while I aim again to just stick to 1 meal on the day along with maybe a banana in the morning.
