Day 2504 | Morning Walk & Evening Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I continue to be on a good streak starting out my Thursday with a morning walk even though I stayed in bed a bit too long. I stopped by the Supermarket to test out my new crypto.com visa card which I was uncrear how to activate and it didn't work. Once home I searched a bit in the app and contacted the (ai) support who actually helped me and I think it should work now. I played some balatro in the afternoon, took a nap, watched some youtube. I still needed to get in some productivity so I postponed my hot yoga class to the evening 20:15 to 21:45 session which I joined. Afterward I watched some tv

I did watch a video of the "Asian David Goggins" yesterday which was very entertaining as I really enjoy these extreme workout makeover videos and they kind of work motivating even though I understand it's not the way to go. At the same time it helps me to relativate the little bit that I do myself.

Overall I got in 15k+ Steps and a hot yoga class on the day while keeping my food intake to healthy choices

New Day Goals: The idea on Friday is to start with some morning productivity , join a luchbreak hot yoga class, drive home afterwards to go on a dog, have some family time, get back to my appartment to watch the evening football match and maybe watch a movie afterward.
