Day 2497 | Up Early for Walking Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another fairly lazy day where I just didn't have the motivation to do much while I keep procrastinating. I did an afternoon walk to the supermarket and back which was about it. On Friday however, I plan to get in some good social time meeting up with a group to join the friday on their walking weekend. It's just over an hour drive there and we meet at a parking around 09:45 so I'm getting up early for once. The idea is to do and 18km+ walk and I'm looking forward to it.

Daily Food Diary May

I ate a smoothie in the morning, some rice waffles with peanut butter and in the evening some sandwishes with Sausage and some chocolate candy bars.
