Day 2491 | Afternoon & Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm still somewhat in limbo where I'm procrastinating to go full health mode while not completely letting myself go. I did get in some productivity on Friday but also not that much and did an afternoon and early evening walk both to the supermarket. In the evening I made a fresh pizza as some comfort food and watched the football match which ended with some nice initial profit to start the week.
