Day 2490 | Ikea Shopping & Procrastination

I'm still in a stage where I generally just don't feel like doing anything and I'm unable to get myself motivated to really get going at 100%. So this week again feels like it will end in failed goals with an eye to try again next one. I played quite some splinterlands on Thursday and in the early evening went on a walk to the Ikea which at least made me do over 11k steps on the day. I went to shop for some new pillows as some of the ones I have now kind of turned a bit yellow which I recently read can be unhealthy depite putting a cover over them. I also ate there after already having eaten some bread in the afternoon. In the evening I watched the Conference league match and had some productivity before going to bed.

New Day Goals: The goal on Friday is to get in some productivity, limit the damage when it comes down to my eating habits and go to bed earlier as I'm staying in bed too late these days.

It's inspiring to see you have daily basis to be healthy. I am also conscious of what I ate but when my cravings hit me. I will forgot I'm on a diet
