Day 2487 | Back To Hot Yoga!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


My only goals on Monday were to get back to joining my Hot Yoga classes while keeping my eating healthy which I both did. I also had a bit of productivity but overall am staying in my bed way too long still.

Daily Food Diary May

I started the day with a smoothie, ate some leftover rice crackers with peanut butter, made some Chick peas with tomato sauce, in the evening I ate a small can of tuna baked in some olive oil, some more peanut butter to empty the jar and some rice noodles.
