Day 2486 | 100k Weekly Steps Completed!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


My main goal last week was to turn things around which I usually start by doing more steps as walking is something I just enjoy. I set myselt a reachable goal of 100k steps in 7 days which I ended up quite comfortably reaching. On sunday I did a last 11k+ Steps to make it just over 100k on the week. This number doesn't include steps while I'm not having my phone with me so it's quite a bit more actually.

Daily Food Diary May

In the last 2 days I also started to take care of my eating more which remains one of the biggest challenges. I did eat just a bit too much peanut butter which is very high calory count reaching 2400 Calories on the day and failed to do a fasting day which I originally had on my mind.

New Week Goals: The only real goal I'm setting myself this week aside from continuing to eat ok while counting my calories is to resume my hot yoga journey with at least 4 and if possible 5 classes this week starting on Monday.
