Day 2484 | Ikea & Evening Walk (20k+ Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was a day with plenty of steps which got me closer to my goal of doing 100k of them in a week. I also got some productivity done and I'm kind of ready to make health my full time job for the coming 3 months. I watched a video by Andrew Tate by all means this morning and it actually insipired me as I kind of agree on what he said that believing that everything (or at least most of it) in life is a choice which makes it so that you get more control over things.

To relate this back to myself and how I keep kind of failing to really change much in my life as I always take the easy route of keeping everyhing as it is. So I certainly take this with me going forward.

I did stay up quite late but for the good reasons as I did an evening walk and I also fully cleaned my kitchen doing the dishes.

100k Steps Weekly Goal: I did a solid 20k steps on the day which equals just under 3 hours of walking. I'm now at 82859 meaning I just have to do around 17k steps in the weekend which should not be a major issue.

New Day Goals: I will have my focus first of all on my health drinking a lot of water, taking my supplements, limit my food intake and keep it healthy, do reps & walks. Aside from this, there are 4 football matches which I hope to continue a good streak on.
